iFLY Wilmington Messaging Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FLY Wilmington LLC, doing business as iFLY Wilmington ("we," "us"), handles information collected when you opt in to receive text messages from us.

Information we collect

When you sign up, we collect the first name and mobile phone number you provide and the consent choices you make (transactional and/or promotional messaging), along with the date and time of your consent.

How we use your information

We use your mobile number solely to send the text messages you opted in to receive: reservation confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates (transactional), and, if you selected it, promotions, offers, and event news (promotional).

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information, phone number, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your information may be shared only with the service providers who help us operate our messaging program (such as our SMS delivery provider), and only for the purpose of delivering these messages to you.

Opting out

You can opt out of any message at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect transactional messages you have separately agreed to receive.

Data retention and security

We retain your consent record for as long as needed to operate the program and to document your consent, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it.
